Kitchen Bump-Out
Does your current home have a tiny kitchen? Do you love your home as a whole but wish you could expand the kitchen a bit? A kitchen bump-out addition might be the answer.
Your home’s worth won’t be as high if your kitchen is small, crowded, and outdated. Most people prefer large, airy, and modern kitchens. You can increase its size with an addition (and a complete makeover) to offer more space for cooking, entertaining, and cleaning. On average, research shows that a kitchen addition will yield a return on investment of at least 80%.
Mudroom Addition
Does your small home lack a dedicated place to store away clutter like jackets, shoes, book bags, hats, and gloves? You need a mudroom addition. Create a large enough area near the kitchen and/or garage — we recommend at least 6×6, 7×7, or 8×8.
