This 1900 built Worthington home received a complete transformation, all while keeping true to its original character and charm.

The project received the Contractor of the Year Award both locally and regionally in 2016 for a Historical Renovation $250,000 and Over.

BEFORE

The clients loved their historic home and location but wanted to increase space for their family and add modern amenities they were living without. This involved adding a 2-story room addition, expanding the kitchen and updating the dining room, mudroom, and most of the 2nd floor.

Plans & renderings

Nearly 2,000 square feet were added on the first and second stories of the home along with a walk-out basement. In order to match the existing exterior, reclaimed slate roof shingles were individually cut to match the hexagonal pattern along with custom millwork for the trim.
