Whole House Remodel
This sprawling Westerville home is on a secluded lot with breathtaking views of the reservoir it backs up to, but its interior was no match for the outdoor beauty.

BEFORE
This kitchen always had an open floorplan but lacked the dynamic design the homeowners were looking for. The master bedroom suite lacked function and the design left a lot to be desired.
The lower level was partially finished but did not have a logical separation between entertainment spaces.
Plans & renderings
The reconfiguration of the entry door into the kitchen from the garage, along with the relocation of a bathroom made for a more functional plan.
The master bath was spacious but had little cabinetry or counter space. Relocating the walk-in closet door allowed for the addition of custom cabinets with double lavatory sinks.
The lower level of the home was remodeled to achieve various ‘zones’ for different functions including an entertainment room, game room, and exercise space.
