Bright and Colorful Whole House Addition

These clients came to us looking for a space that exudes color, fun, more space, and the ability to live in the house long-term in Worthington.

BEFORE

These clients felt cramped in their home. The family room and kitchen were squished into a small space in the back of the home, the kitchen didn’t have the best layout for entertaining. The primary bathroom was also such a small space, and located right off of the front door.

PLANS & RENDERINGS

In order to give the clients everything that they wanted, a small addition was necessary. In the primary bedroom, we converted the closet space into a very large primary bathroom, with a very large walk-in shower. The former primary bath was converted into a powder room, to give these clients a space for guests to use. The kitchen and living room were also transformed to give these clients room to move about freely. We were also able to give them a screened-in porch and patio for that indoor/outdoor living.
