These clients were looking for a high-performance space with an upscale, dramatic design that would immediately make them smile upon entry.

BEFORE

These homeowners entry off of the garage was a cramped, dysfunctional space that housed a small laundry room and a hallway with a bench and two side-by-side reach-in closets. These clients hated the way this area functioned, almost as much as they hated the way it looked.

Plans & renderings

This multi-purpose space needed the area to effectively operate as a pantry, laundry room, and mudroom. Removing walls and treating this formerly compartmentalized hallway/laundry as one large space was ultimately the best solution.
