Master Bathroom
These long-time clients had prioritized other projects throughout the rest of their Dublin home for years and were finally ready to invest in a modern oasis that was all their own.

BEFORE
The original design of this bathroom had a lot of wasted space and featured a very unique, but very undesirable shared shower toilet room. The double vanity was another source of poorly used space caused by the distance between the sink basins. The tub had an oversized step and deck which was both unsightly and unsafe.
PLANs & rENDERINGS
In order to achieve the minimalistic aesthetic these clients wanted in their new design, a vanity with drawers instead of cabinets was chosen to maximize the function of the slightly smaller space. By moving the shower stall out of the toilet room and into the main part of the bathroom, enough space was left over to install a linen closet which this bathroom had lacked.
