Entire House Columbus Home Remodel
This client was looking to transform this neglected, compartmentalized Columbus home into an upscale bachelor pad.

BEFORE
Our client purchased this home with the intention of completely remodeling it for his son and himself. He wanted it to be a fun masculine space to entertain in, a far cry from its current state.
The dated appearance and segmented layout of this four-level split house was not conducive of the way our client wanted to live.
PLANS & RENDERINGS
Removing the walls transformed not only the look of this 1970s-built home, but also made it function & flow much better. It also allowed us to rethink the space entirely.
In order to get this client the primary suite they wanted, we had to eliminate one of the bathrooms on the second floor. However, this decision was not a difficult one for our client to make, as not only would they be gaining a primary suite, but a second hall bathroom as well.
