After inheriting their childhood home from their parents, this client wanted to update the space to better fit their lifestyle and needs while keeping true to the home they grew up in.

BEFORE

The kitchen was confined with a wall separating the space from the dining room. The homeowners also wanted to transform the existing sunroom and create a true master suite.

Plans & renderings

Expanding the kitchen into the dining room provided better function and allowed for an island that the homeowner desired. The sunroom received a makeover that included new windows, flooring & heat for the homeowners to enjoy year-round. The master bathroom addition created a true master suite and including aspects of universal design such as pocket doors and a zero-entry shower.
