Two-Story Room Addition

This Upper Arlington two-story room addition and remodel encompassed a new kitchen, mudroom, powder room, and second-floor master suite.

BEFORE

The kitchen and dining room were separated by a large wall that made the space feel confined. The original second floor master suite had an attached bath but with little storage or space.

Plans & renderings

The wall between the dining room and kitchen was removed for better circulation while the room addition added square footage to the once small kitchen. A second floor master bedroom was added and the existing bathroom was reconfigured to complete the new master suite.
