Whole House with an Addition
This Dublin home involved a significantly large addition to this ranch-style home. These clients loved the location of their home, but they wanted a larger kitchen so that they could host their kids and grandkids, as well a better functioning bathroom for their guests. They also have a beautiful backyard and wanted to be able to view that space from the main spaces of their home.

This home started out a lot smaller than it is now. For these clients to live in the home that they recently purchased they knew that they would need more than one addition to hit their wish list. They wanted a larger kitchen, a primary suite, an office, a workout room, better functioning bathroom for guests, and to be able to view their backyard from the main spaces of their home.
