First Floor Remodel

These homeowners wanted more out of their Upper Arlington home. Having a small kitchen and room to expand, inspired them to remodel and create a space they enjoy entertaining.  Not only did they remodel the first floor but thoughts of the future were kept in mind.  Plans within the structural aspects of the project included the ability to remodel the second floor as well.

BEFORE

An unutilized breezeway, connecting the home to the garage, allowed these homeowners a creative way to add an addition and expand their once small kitchen without losing space in the rest of their home.

PLANs & Renderings

Multiple renderings were designed to create just what the homeowners dreamed of.  Along with the complexity of adding an addition, a non-bearing wall was removed, opening the dining room to the kitchen, and extra cabinetry was added for storage and space.
