This whole Dublin house remodel consisted of a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a recreation room, mudroom, 2 bedrooms, a foyer and family room. The clients wanted to create a place that felt like their own and had a Texas feel in the heart of Ohio.
The existing kitchen was outdated. Having a small island and a peninsula that restricted flow, the homeowners wanted to open up the space and add more seating for family and guests.
Expanding the kitchen reduced the floor space of the mudroom but custom built-ins maximized storage and organization.
The large soaking tub was overwhelming in the master bath and rarely used. Removing it and adding more counter space, as well as a vanity, gave the homeowners exactly what they were looking for in their master suite.
