Kitchen Remodel

The Upper Arlington client loved her new home after moving in but knew she wanted to remodel the kitchen. Keeping the original footprint, we updated the cabinetry, flooring, and finishes.

BEFORE

The placement of certain items and aspects of the workflow did not function well for the homeowner. She also wanted to increase storage and remove the hardwood flooring from the space.

PLANs & Renderings

Multiple renderings were developed to visualize different island concepts and determine what would work best for the client.  Ultimately, the homeowner chose a custom built island to remove the harsh angle of the sink and provide extra seating & hidden storage.
