Our clients purchased this home with the intention of remodeling it before they moved in. They knew it had potential and some interesting architectural features but the end result exceeded their expectations.

BEFORE

This 1950’s Parade of Home was unique and perfect for its time, but after being passed down from generation to generation, its new owners wanted to bring the mid-century home back to life with a new, updated look while still embracing the original roots.

PLANs & Renderings

Blending the kitchen and living space into one cohesive room was the main goal for these clients.  Knocking down all of the existing walls and soffits made it possible for the homeowners to get the open floor plan they had desired.
