This Upper Arlington project involved a small addition that gave a major impact. The floorplan was reconfigured & expanded to accommodate a significantly larger kitchen, and a laundry room & mudroom space.

BEFORE

The existing kitchen was small by any standard but especially when compared to the size of this 1935 built home.

Plans & renderings

The addition only added about 80 square feet, however, the new kitchen is nearly 3.5 times the size of the original with the reworking of the floorplan.
