Living Room Addition
This Westerville home involved a small addition to single family home. These clients loved the location of their home, but they wanted a larger living room so that they could host their friends and family in a more comfortable way.

BEFORE
This living room no longer fit the needs of a growing young family. Its long, narrow layout and limited square footage made it difficult to comfortably gather, entertain, and enjoy everyday life. The homeowners wanted a space that felt larger, brighter, and better suited to hosting friends and family.
Plans & renderings
To bring their vision to life, we designed a living room bump-out that expanded the space and raised the ceiling height to match the loft above, creating a more open, airy feel. We also completed the fireplace, added custom built-ins, and installed new hardwood flooring. The finished space is warm, welcoming, and designed for everyday living and effortless entertaining.
