A large structural column obstructed the flow from the garage into the kitchen and separated the dining space. The pantry and laundry room space were also poorly configured and it felt disjointed that the door to the garage was in the dinette.

Through many structural challenges, we were able to remove the load-bearing column. rework the entry from the garage, and create the rustic elegant kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, and dinette our clients dreamed of.
