–  Walk around your exteriors looking for problems with foundation, vents, gutters, drainpipes, & exterior grade
– Check seals around doors & windows (window sills & sashes)
– Clean dryer vent
– Seal grout (how often?)
– Stucco Homes – re-caulk at window trim, corners
– Attic ventilation
– Chimney repointing
– Flashing
