Guest: Pat Manley, Manley Architecture Group

Join us and hear from Pat Manley about architectural design, residential trends, energy efficiency and more!

Pat Manley, the owner of Manley Architecture, has been a part of Dave Fox Design Build Remodelers Board of Directors since 2000.  Having a relationship with Dave Fox since the 1980’s, Pat has had great experience with architecture and remodeling with Dave Fox; First designing Dave Fox Design Build Remodelers office on Bethel Road in Columbus, Ohio and later helping with Dave Fox’s current location on 3505 W. Dublin Granville Road Columbus, Ohio.

Residential architecture has changed over the years from remodeling for more room in their kitchen, bath or living room, to a sophistication towards the character of the home and architecture in remodeling or additions.  A great test for remodeling projects such as this is to lose track of where the original home starts and the new remodel begins. The design speaks to clients in different ways with color, decor, aesthetics, and architecture.

Solar panels on homes and remodeling are continuing to improve in technology.  People in the past have waivered on solar panels being efficient for the cost and aesthetically pleasing for the look of their home.  Since costs have dropped in recent years, they have become a more feasible option for homes to save energy and convert to an environmentally friendly option of remodeling design.
