Hall Bath & Laundry Room Remodel

The clients felt it was time to update their hall bathroom in their Dublin home to a more sophisticated and functional space. The laundry room was outdated with minimal storage or room to work.

BEFORE

The original bathroom had soffits that were unnecessary and made the room feel small while the bathtub was rarely used by the family with their children now grown.  The laundry room had an ineffective layout and wasted space.

Plans & renderings

The goal for the bathroom was to create an open and more contemporary space with a walk-in shower and sitting space suitable for applying make-up.  The laundry room now serves the family with extra storage and better function.
