This multi-leveled Westerville home was completely reconfigured and restructured to even out the flooring in the different rooms.  The kitchen was relocated to the back of the home, and the master suite was brought down to the first floor.  This once dated 3 bedroom home is now a 5 bedroom home filled with loads of character and custom details.

BEFORE

After renting this home for several years they came to love it’s golf course lot and neighborhood appeal.  Struggling to find a new home they decided to simply stay and remodel this house into their dream home.

PLANs & Renderings

The planning that went into the reconfiguration of this home was extensive.  Turning the 3 bedroom home into a 5 bedroom home, without an addition, took a great deal of planning and creativity.
