These clients were inspired by a home they saw in Florida that resembled an outdoor living area.

BEFORE

These clients had a pergola with an awning that gave them some coverage, but with the heat of the summer, and colder days of the spring and fall, as well as constantly having guests over, it wasn’t giving them the space that they truly wanted.

PLANS & RENDERINGS

With the inspiration from a home these clients saw in Florida, we were able to give these clients a space that they can use for three seasons. We were able to add space heaters, and fans. We also were able to tie-in the roof above to give them more shade for those hot summer days, we even added a retractable screen so the family is able to eat outside when the sun is setting.
