The family room pictured above is part of the two story addition we added on the back of this home. The 9′ high windows were salvaged from the Courthouse in Marion, Ohio.  They help provide a ton of natural light throughout the newly remodeled first floor of this Worthington home.

This bedroom was enlarged as part of the addition and the master bathroom and closet were also added on.

This Worthington Hills addition received a Contractor of the Year award from NARI.  The addition included a new family room, home theatre under
the addition, covered wrap around porch and kitchen remodel.  The room addition has a vaulted ceiling that opens up the house to the beautifully
landscaped backyard.  The covered porch is accessable off the addition and provides an excellent place for guests when entertaining.  The basement
was also enlarged whent he addition was constructed to make way for a home theatre.

The mak over of the existing kitchen floorplan added significant space and eliminated congestion.  By removing the wall between the kitchen and the
dining room, an abundant amount of lighting helped flood the area.  The old kitchen was very dark and poorly lighted.  New cream cabinets were
installed with light yellow cream wall cabinets over the cook top.  The contrast of tones help break up the long run of cabinets.  The farm sink also
adds a special touch to compliment the country design.
