This kitchen update included a tile backsplash, countertops, cabinet hardware, sink, small wine rack, new flooring, new lighting including under cabinet lighting.

 The unfinished area of the basement provided enough room for an additional entertaining area equipt with a 3-sided fireplace and wall-mounted
flat screen TV.  The basement stairwell was opened to the upstairs living room and widened at the base to better connect the two areas when
entertaining.
