Stylish Bathroom Remodel

The full bathroom in this house was severely out of date and needed a complete overhaul to make it presentable. The room was gutted and a new
vanity with granite was installed to provide a luxurios look. Tile floor and new tile shower walls were added to complete the space.

Curve Appeal

The Grandview kitchen was gutted and opened to an adjaccent room. The stairwell to the finished basement was also opened to create an easier
transition between entertaining areas. The soffit between the back room and kitchen hides plumbing drains, but was redesigned to incorporate a
series of curves that are also present in the granite peninsula top.

This homeowner wanted to add a first floor bathroom and mudroom to her home in Grandview. The existing kitchen was outdated and needed
a complete redesign to improve access to applainces and make meal preparation an improved experience. The home had one full bathroom on the
second floor and was inconvienient for visiting guests. The new kitchen and bathroom compliemnted the character of this old home.

An additional was constructed on the back of the home in place of a small pantry. The new space provided a new entry from the detached garage
and allowed plenty of space for a mudroom and full bathroom.

This Grandview home was expanded to provide room for a new chef’s kitchen. (literally) The owner of this home is a Regional Executive Chef for
Cameron Mitchell restaurants and wanted a kitchen where he could entertain guests and replicate the cooking experience in his restaurants. The
column in the middle of the room structurally supports the 2nd floor addition while adding a decorative feature to the island. The open shelving
allows the chef to plate food quickly and minimize clutter on work surfaces.
