The entrance way from the family room to the kitchen was enlarged to allow ample walk way into the space.  The seating area was designer at 30″ to make the kitchen an eat-in space and also to allow the homeowners to sit while preparing food. A lowered prep sink was designed with a skirt to allow someone seated in a wheelchair accessability to a water source.  Conviniences like a mixer stand, pantries with roll-out shelves and a pull out trash can were added to make the space easy for anyone to use.

The kitchen in this home was completly gutted and redesinged to improve work flow and storage.  The cabinets were custom built in Amish Country.
The wall between the dining room and kitchen was opened to better connect the spaces.  A radius front island makes a statement in the middle of the
kitchen.  The granite top has beveled edges and a chandellier sets the island off as a key focal point.

This charming Clintonville kitchen was completly remodeled and redesigned to improve traffic flow.  The sink and refridgerator were relocated, while 
a storage closet was removed to connect the kitchen with the dinette and create space for a service bar.  The sink was moved to a corner to allow for
more uninterrupted preparation surface.  The origional hard wood floors were restored after years of being burried under vinyl.
