Gary Demos, President

Gary has been involved in the remodeling business for over 30 years. After years of successfully running his own business in Findlay, OH, he joined the Dave Fox team in 1993. Gary became Vice-President of Dave Fox in 2000, and President in 2004. Gary has won several awards, including local and national design awards. He and Dave Fox were winners of the Earnst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2004.

Community & Professional Involvement

He is the past president of the Ohio/Kentucky ESOP Association, and has previously served as an officer and member of the national advisory council of the NKBA. He also holds certifications with NKBA, NARI, and LEED.

Personal

Gary is married to Linda, and has three daughters Allison, Tiffany, and Miranda, two son-in-laws and three grandchildren. Gary is also a musician and hobbyist luthier. He has built over 30 instruments-mostly guitars.

Glen Scheckelhoff, CFO

Glen is our money man. He didn’t want to mention anything about money in his bio, but it is hard to avoid when you’re the CFO. Glen joined our team in 2006 and has an extensive background in finance. His oversight of the company’s financial affairs gives our clients security that our company will remain financially sound.

Jamie Bratslavsky, Marketing Director

Jamie

Jamie joined our team in 2011 and handles all of our Marketing.  She is responsible for all of our graphics, events and advertising you see around town.  She can also often be heard on our Dave Fox Home Remodeling Show on 610 WTVN.

Courtney has been an active member of both the American Society of Interior Design {ASID} and the National Kitchen and Bath Association {NKBA}. She has served on the board for the Central Ohio National Kitchen and Bath Association since 2008 and is currently serving as the V.P. of Programming.

Michelle is involved in the American Society of Interior Designers {ASID} in Columbus.  She is currently the group’s secretary and plans numerous exciting events for the Design Community.  Michelle is also involved with the local chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association {NKBA}.  In January, 2012 Michelle became an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer.

Romano is a Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) and a Certified Remodeler (CR).  He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Architecture

Personal

Romano is married with 2 daughters. He enjoys cheering on his favorite Ohio sports teams and spending time with his family and working in the yard.

Jennifer Kubik, Design Consultant

Jennifer joined our team as a Design Consultant in 2014. She is an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer with over 12 years of experience in construction and design.

Jennifer is treasurer for the local NKBA chapter, and a NARI member.  She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Design

Personal

Jennifer has a son who keeps her very busy and enjoys spending time outdoors and keeping active.  She also has a love for homes and their history.

Scott owned and operated his own contracting company for 30 years and was a mentor to several of our production team.

Scott is married with 6 children, and 4 grand children.  He has lived in Columbus his entire life and is a huge Buckeye and Blue Jackets fan.

Tom Eastwood, Design Consultant

Tom originally joined our team (again) in 2016 as one of our talented Project Managers and now a part of our Design Consultant team.

Tom has been in construction for 25 years.  He also has experience working as a blacksmith for over 7 years.

Heather joined our team as a skilled drafter in 2017.

Juliet Klepec, Office Coordinator

 

Juliet joined our team in 2015.  As office coordinator, she maintains the general aesthetic of the office, accounts payable, screens/directs incoming calls, and liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors and staff.

Community & Professional Involvement

She has a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design from the University of Dayton and over 10 years of experience owning and operating a design consultant business from home.

Juliet is a graduate of Belden Brick sales school and has completed courses in The Art of Closing Sales and Advanced Selling.  She is a winner of Design Excellence “Print’s” Regional Design Annual and has received 2 gold awards from the Art Directors Club of Cincinnati.

Personal

Juliet is married with 2 daughters.  Her hobbies include gardening, biking along the Olentangy, supporting local small businesses, decorating and home improvement.

In her free time you can find Juliet rooting for The Ohio State University or spending a nice afternoon in the garden with her husband and daughters.

 

Rachel Broadstone, Interior Design Assistant

Rachel first joined the Dave Fox team as our Product Coordinator intern during the Summer of 2016.

After graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Rachel returned in 2017 as the full-time Interior Design Assistant; realizing her passion for Interior Design through her internship.

Personal

Rachel enjoys spending time with her adopted pup, going to festivals and traveling.

During her spring semester of Junior year, Rachel spent time studying in Florence, Italy.  She experienced the fashion, architecture, cuisine, and all around culture of different countries. Some of her favorite places include Italy, Morocco and Greece.
