A Harsh Winter

Production Manager of Dave Fox, Greg Reis, shares his reaction to a harsh winter and the impact it had on construction this winter.  We discuss things that you should consider when remodeling and what to prepare for when weather strikes.  Greg and I also spend some time recapping our experiences and lessons on customer service that we gained at the KBIS/IBS show we attended in Las Vegas, NV this February.
