After 16 years in the home, it was time to remodel. This spectacular 1^st floor remodel consist of a custom kitchen, master bath remodel, powder room, hearth room, great room, and large laundry/pantry

House #2:
539 Retreat Lane, Powell, Ohio 43065
This kitchen remodel required the reconfiguration of the first floor of this home by expanding into the dining room while eliminating a hallway and relocating the powder room.
